Olivia is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Her practice includes employment, civil litigation, human rights, labour, professional discipline, and workplace investigations. She advises and advocates on behalf of clients with respect to all aspects of the employee/employer relationship. 

Before joining Kastner Ko LLP, Olivia articled and worked as an associate at a prominent labour and employment firm. 

Olivia attended law school at Queen’s University, where she volunteered as a project lead with Pro Bono Students Canada and received a public interest grant to support her work as a summer student at a Toronto-based legal aid clinic. 

Prior to law school, Olivia received her Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, where she majored in International Development Studies and received a minor in Law and Society.
