Meg is a partner at Kastner Ko LLP and leads the firm’s labour practice. She represents trade union clients from many industries including health care, construction, manufacturing, media, entertainment, academia, and the public and private service. Appearing regularly before labour relations tribunals and arbitration boards, Meg is passionate about her work on behalf of unions and the workers they represent.

While labour law is Meg’s primary focus, she also practices human rights, employment law, administrative law, and election law. She also represents professional regulators and regulated professionals in disciplinary proceedings, as well as students in academic discipline matters.

Meg is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers (CALL) and participates in the Steering Committee for Agenda Planning for CALL’s annual conference.

Prior to joining Kastner Ko LLP, Meg was a partner at a union-side law firm located in Toronto, Ontario.

Meg holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from McGill University. Meg loves to practice her second languages French, Spanish, and Italian, and welcomes speakers of these languages to engage her any time.
