Uladzislava (Vlada) is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. Her practice is focused on union-side labour law.

Vlada graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with distinction and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from York University. Before joining Kastner Ko LLP, Vlada articled at a boutique labour and employment firm, where she appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and private arbitrators. Prior to law school, Vlada worked as a legal assistant to in-house counsel at a large construction union in Toronto.
