Frank is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. Their practice includes employment, civil litigation, human rights, and state accountability work. 

Frank graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School as the Gold Medalist for their class and went on to clerk for the Honorable Michael H. Tulloch, Chief Justice of Ontario, and the Honorable Justices Eileen E. Gillese and Jill M. Copeland of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Frank has prior experience working at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre and was a summer student at a leading litigation boutique. Frank has published award-winning research about Ontario’s human rights system and has done significant advocacy work to increase access to healthcare for fellow transgender people. They currently do pro-bono work for The 519’s Gender Affirming Care Legal Support Clinic and their practice includes LGBTQ+ public interest litigation.

Prior to returning to school to study law, Frank enjoyed a career in the not-for-profit sector. They hold a Master of Arts in Sustainability Studies with a focus on urban planning from Trent University. In their personal life, Frank is a loving parent to one human, one dog, and two cats.
